The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Freaky World. My Freaky World operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services offered to you through this website (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from My Freaky World, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use or access the Services.

My Freaky World offers apparel and other products featuring original graphic artwork and alternative fashion designs.

Many of our products are made to order after an order is placed. We may use third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture, print, package and ship your order.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, artwork placement and product appearance accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, garment size, print method and production process.

Because many products are printed individually, minor variations in print placement, color or appearance may occur.

Product descriptions, prices, colors, sizes and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product at our discretion.

## SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from My Freaky World.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing or product availability.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted for production.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Because products are made to order, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may generally only be accepted within 1 hour of placing the order and only if production has not already started.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production.

Returns, exchanges, refunds and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

## SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our United States storefront are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges, taxes, customs charges or other fees that may apply.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

## SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

My Freaky World products are made to order.

Production typically takes approximately 2–5 business days before shipment, although production times may vary.

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carriers, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfillment has begun.

If your package is lost, damaged or arrives with a production issue, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

## SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Because our products are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect color selection.

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

## SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, text, branding and other content displayed through My Freaky World are owned by or licensed to My Freaky World.

They may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit My Freaky World content without prior written permission.

The My Freaky World name, logo, branding and original artwork may not be used in connection with another product, business or service without authorization.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with My Freaky World.
